No, I will not turn this into a football blog, but I will surely inform you about our time in Manchester. Tomorrow, hopefully.

As today is the first working day after the holidays I am rather busy. But I have other news for you. Good news.

Many of my readers know, or know of, David, who used to brew in Moss (and other places). Here is his recent press release:

Idealist, tree hugging American-in-Oslo brewing veteran David Dudek’s brewing project, Bryggeriet Nye Tider, is under way. The paper work has been submitted, and now begins the arduous, but fun task of bringing the beers to market. This Oslo based brewing company will brew world class, flavorful beers made exclusively with ecologically grown (organic) ingredients from regions as close to production as possible. Having been a dream for many years, the recent and emerging availability of such ingredients in variety has finally made this dream a possibility. Prospective co-workers and other interested parties are welcome to contact Dudek at info@nyetider.com or at +47 994 36 604.
