The barman, scratching his head slightly:
-Well, yes, to be honest, it tastes even less than the pilsener.
-Probably not the beer for me, then.
-Well, lots of our customers like it!
-Give me an IPA, then…
Proves my theory that the beer isn’t the most important ingredient at most Norwegian brewpubs, they are just there for the money, and use the brewery as a way of attracting people to the food. And use uninspired waiters to serve mostly boring beer.
So is the IPA, “real” IPA, or 3.5% “psuedo” IPA???
