A cookery course

My family gave me a one evening cookery course for my birthday. The Bølgen & Moi restaurant has a special room for this, and there were 20 of us gathered last Friday, with Italian food as the topic.

It was a nice evening out, with good food and good wine. The scallops and duck confit were nice, and I have even recreated the pannecotta at home.

The highlight was a 2002 Brunello wine – I do enjoy other tipples than beer on occation…
