Some splendid color photos from 1939-1943 showing the depression and preparation for war.
They were taken by photographers of the Farm Security Administration and Office of War Information and belong to the Library of Congress.

This is really bringing some thoughts to light. I did not expect this post here beer related or not. It’s a brilliant post and the link has been bookmarked for later tonight.
What a bad time for the country, but what great pictures. Color truly makes a huge difference. It impacts you in ways that black and white pictures just can’t.
