Just returned from two weeks in Sardinia. Some crap lagers, some interesting micros, wonderful food, good local wine. I’ll give you the highlights as soon as I get around to it.

We have Ryanair flights and ferry connections to Germany!
It’s more the organisational requirements (familial negotiations included) than the physical transport that is a potential barrier (it’s only a 13 hour drive from here, including the ferry!).
Although I’d rather walk there than fly with Ryanair again
Yes, it’s always the family negotiations. But, eventually, we’ll meet up at a beer festival or something.
