As Chicago has morphed from a meat-and-potatoes town to one claiming some of the country’s best chefs, consumers have started demanding better beer. Says the New York Times.
Right now, I’d settle for anything.
As long it’s cold!
Tjeldsundfergen, maybe?

Tjeldsundfergen is easily the best place in Oslo when it’s hot, although Olympen was nicely cool today as well.
I’m in Chicago and I’d pretty much settle for anything right now as well!
Great blog, my google news search for “chicago+beer” picked it up. I’m always on the lookout for beer blogs outside the US. Mind if I link my craft beer/homebrew blog to your site?
Cheers,
Brian
